The company  Cobra Latam Corporate Debt Fund Ltd., with DCSX Symbol CLDF, notes the 1.4% decrease in its Net Asset Valuation from January 2021 of US$10,147.551 to US$10,006.895 in February 2021.

This change value is the result of the Fund’s decision to offer assistance to certain debtors by forgiving some accrued interest to its Ecuadorian issuers. This decision was taken to benefit the stability and future recovery of the Ecuadorian issuers during this pandemic.
