Heng Hua Holding Limited (“The  Company” ), a tradeable listing on the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange with DCSX ticker symbol “HHSV”, informed the exchange on May 28, 2021, of the following notice:

“The Company announces that BDO China has resigned as auditors of the Company with effect from 15 March 2021 and the Company has engaged Beijing Ninghong as its auditors with effect from 15 March 2021

The board (the “Board”) of directors of Heng Hua Holding Limited (the “Company”) announces that BDO China SHU LUN PAN Certified Public Accountants LLP, Branch of Fujian (“BDO China”) has resigned as auditors of the Company with effect from 15 March 2021 as the Company and BDO China could not reach mutual agreement on the audit timetable for the year ended 31 December 2020.

BDO China has confirmed that there is no other matter in relation to its resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. The Board also confirms that it is not aware of any matter or circumstances in respect of the resignation of BDO China that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

On the recommendation of the audit committee of the Company, the Company has engaged Beijing Ninghong Accounting Firm (General Partnership) (“Beijing Ninghong”) as its auditors with effect from 15 March 2021 to fill the casual vacancy and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.

The  Company would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to  Beijing Ninghong for its services rendered to the Company during its tenure.”
