Biztrack consultants Private Limited resigned as Listing advisor of the listed entity The Yima Trading Company Limited with DCSX symbol YIMA as of April 30, 2021.

The DCSX will be in contact with the Issuer to evaluate this situation.

If another approved Listing Advisor can not be appointed forthwith the company will be de-listed by the DCSX for non-compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the DCSX.
