The Bond Agent of Prime Real Estate Fund Brion B.V. doing business as Curaçao Heritage Fund listed on the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange with DCSX Symbol CHFU-CW has called an online bondholders meeting on February 25, 2021, with the following agenda:

1. Waiver of the interest payments dated the 31st of May 2020 and the 31st of August 2020 by the bondholder (contrary to what is stated in our letter dated 11 August 2020, that the interest payments dated the 31st of May 2020 and the 31st of August 2020 were deferred and postponed to the end of the bond period, this is on the 31st of August 2023 and the 30th of August 2023).
2. Waiver of the interest payments dated the 28th of February 2021 and the 31st of May 2021. Reason for the Corporate Change: The second lockdown of The Netherlands in early December 2020 effectively restricted air travel to Curaçao and thereby significantly affecting the occupancy of the hotel and student housing units.
3. Extension of the bond period with one year. This is from 5 years to 6 years. In this year, the bondholders will receive an interest of 5%.
4. If agreed with points 1 until 3, upon approval of the supermajority (2/3) of the bondholders that the bond agent can proceed and sign the addendum to the bondholders’ agreement as has been prepared by the issuer and sent to the brokers on the 8th of February 2021.
