The Bond Agent of Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. listed on the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange with DCSX Symbols SOMS-A1, SOMS-A2, SOMS-B1, and SOMS-B2 has called a Virtual Bondholder Meeting on June 4, 2021. The purpose of the meeting is information provision by Staatsolie regarding the past fiscal year. During the meeting, no resolutions will be taken within the meaning of the Bond Agreement.
