DCSX is happy to announce the approval to list Vallée Benelux B.V., a Dutch entity with a Euro 14 million bond issue.

This is a first for the DCSX when it comes to listing a non-local corporate bond issue and as such another important step in attracting a variety of issuers. The Listing Advisor for Vallée Benelux B.V. is Amergeris Curaçao, an Amicorp Group affiliate.

The actual listing of the issuance is expected to be done on the DCSX listing board prior to July 15-2016.
