DCSX confirms the appointment of Okson Energy B.V. as a Listing Advisor on its platform as of August 30, 2021.

The objective of Okson Energy B.V. is to work with scientific institutions in the Kingdom of the Netherlands and around the world on smart solutions to make the transition from Fossil Energy to Alternative Energy more effective and reach full Net Zero contribution by 2040. We want Bonaire to reduce its footprint on Methane Gas emissions according to the resolutions taken in Glasgow 2021.
Okson Energie B.V. will be focused on bringing the Bonairean Companies in both the public and private sector to an international level of financial participation through the DCSX and receive the necessary exposure to the institutional finance environment. Our Company will benchmark and synergize with strategic partners in the region to add value to the business mix on Bonaire.

In the year 2015 Okson Energie B.V was initiated and received its operating permit by the Government of Bonaire. The founder of the company is Mr. Jason D. Chapman a former UK film executive based in London, presently living in Bonaire where at the moment he is promoter and developer of several projects on the island of Bonaire. Last year, 2020, the company Okson Energie B.V., got Mr. Caryl J. Els, a seasoned ex-institutional finance executive of the General Pension Fund on Curaçao (formerly APNA and nowadays APC) and Bonaire, to join the ranks. This addition was to create and design an approach to the expanding socio-economical trend on the island and the need for growing financial instruments on Bonaire.
