During a very well attended (about 90 participants) and interesting regional Caribbean and LatAm forum organized by Globalaw (a leading international network of medium-sized law firms) the DCSX was offered the opportunity to explain the possibilities and advantages it offers to among others Caribbean and LatAm Startup companies, Investment Funds and SME’s looking to list their securities on an exchange.

The DCSX CEO Mr. René Römer was one of the 4 presenters. The focus was on the advantages of working with both cost and procedures wise efficient exchange in a reputable jurisdiction. “Having the opportunity to explain the possibilities the DCSX offers to such a distinguished group of international legal professionals was quite unique”, Mr. Römer (at the center pictures) confirmed after the event.

The event was held at the offices of Gunster Lawfirm in Miami at their 600 Brickel Avenue offices.
