The III International Forum of Issuers from the Securities Markets of the Americas (FIMVA 2021) is the main securities market business event in the region, bringing together 10 Stock Markets, represented by Securities/Stock Exchanges, issuers, structuring agents, and institutional and private investors, all with the objective of doing business. The event will take place on July 27 and 28, and is organized by AMERCA (Association of Capital Markets of the Americas).

About FIMVA

FIMVA 2021 is an excellent opportunity for participants to learn about the markets and listed securities available on the securities/stock exchanges that are members of AMERCA, with the opportunity to visit virtual stands, assist in panel discussions and presentations regarding the capital markets, and do networking with brokerage firms, structuring agents, advisors and individual and institutional investors. The securities/stock exchanges that are members of AMERCA include El Salvador, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, and the Dominican Republic.

For two days, representatives of Issuers from these 9 countries will have the opportunity to present their listings to brokerage firms, structuring agents, advisors, and individual and institutional investors. In addition to being the ideal space to establish business relationships.

Participants can follow the main program which starts at 8:30 am on El Salvador (Centroamerican) Time. Participants can visit the virtual stands where sponsors will offer relevant information about their products and services in an attractive and dynamic environment.

Networking will be also possible: A one-to-one meeting platform will be enabled during the whole event. This is a way to get closer to the supply and demand of the AMERCA market, there you will find:

DCSX @FIMVA

The Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (“DCSX”), as one of the members of AMERCA, will be presenting one of its successful listings on July 27: “Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname bond listing on DCSX” with A.K. (Agnes) Moensi-Sokowikromo, CFO of the issuer and Rene Römer, DCSX Senior Commercial Advisor, as speakers. Their presentation will be in English. Also, DCSX Commercial Advisor for LATAM, Diana Intriago, will be moderating the Panel “En camino hacia la construcción de economías sostenibles en nuestras regiones” on July 27. The discussion will be in Spanish. Rene Römer and Diana Intriago will also be participating in the networking sessions.
