Ms. Chan, S.S. has departed while Ms. He, Jieshuan and Mr. Cheang, Sio K’eong (“Jacky”) have been appointed as new Listing Executives for Lismart Consultants Ltd.

The change of Listing Executives has been done in accordance with the Rules and regulations of the DCSX.
