DCSX has approved the listing of 40,000 shares of Longford Group Holdings Ltd. (LGHL). Vistra Curaçao N.V.  is the mandated Listing Advisor.

Longford Group Holdings Ltd. is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, on 10^th October 2018.

Longford Group Holdings Ltd. Intends to acquire participations/shares in companies active in:

• water park tourist assets in the People’s Republic of China
• hotel property assets in South East Asia

The Directors recognize the importance of sound corporate governance and are adopting policies in which sound corporate governance principles are laid down, avoiding related party transactions or conflicts of interest. The Directors periodically perform adequate risk assessment according to British Virgin Islands corporate law.
