DCSX has approved the listing of 100,000 shares of UMS Consultancy Pte. Ltd. Amergeris Global Listing And Exchange Services N.V. is the mandated listing advisor.

UMS  Consultancy  Pte. Ltd. is a limited liability company with registration number 200507777W, incorporated under the laws of Singapore, on June 7, 2005.

The company’s core assets are investments in Singapore and Hong Kong property companies. Property companies are not in the business of construction but primarily in the investment area.  The Investment activities started way back in the 1980s and the Group of which the company became part has progressively built up its property portfolio in Singapore and Hong Kong. The Group has amassed a property portfolio with a net value of over USD1 billion which is spread over one 24 stores office block (Gold Hill Plaza) and 200 apartment/office units. Properties are residential apartments or office space and most of them are located in prime locations. Prime locations include Central (Far East Finance Center) and Admiralty (Lippo Centre) areas in Hong Kong and the Orchard Road (Scotts Square) and Novena (Goldhill Plaza) areas in Singapore.

The investment profile of the Group is conservative.
