The listing celebration for EoM N.V. took place on June 15 at the Triangle building in Otrabanda. The Minister of Economic Development, Mr. Steven Martina, welcomed all attendees and emphasized on the importance of the successful bond issuance of such a project and what it means for the development local entrepreneurs who wish to expand within the Caribbean and beyond.

Bharat Bhojwani, Managing Director of the Curaçao Financial Group (CFG), arranger of the listing, emphasized the importance of having a company such as EoM N.V to believe in them as partners. A relationship that became strong and as such helped them overcome obstacles along the way.

The composedly emotional owner of EoM N.V. Edward van Heijningen and his wife Monica were grateful for the support they received from CFG, Amergeris (Listing Advisor), MCB and Banco di Caribe (Brokers) and investors,  that helped them achieve their dream.In addition, Edward along with his son took this opportunity to reveal the new logo of EoM.

Finally, Diana Intrago, Legal Counsel at the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange, representing of René Römer, Managing Director at the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange, gave some final words congratulating everyone that has been part of bringing EoM to the exchange.
