DCSX has approved the technical listing of 100 shares of Fruit en Groenten N.V. (DCSX Symbol: FGNV).  The mandated Listing advisor is PYGG Corporate Finance B.V.

Fruit en Groenten N.V., (“the Company”) has been incorporated under the laws of Curaçao. The purpose of the company is to incorporate, participate in, co-operate with, and manage other enterprises and corporations. The company may provide collateral for the fulfillment of obligations of debt of the company and of third parties. And may acquire, possess, alienate, manage, exploit, and develop registered property and/or any right to or interest in registered property.

Fruit en Groenten N.V. forms part of an international group, with its main operating company and principal place of business in Colombia. The group’s core business is carried out through the company C.I. Tecnicas Baltime De Colombia S.A. (“TECBACO”), which focuses on the international commercialization of bananas and international commercialization and production of cardboard boxes for bananas. TECBACO holds a leadership position in the north of Colombia. The organic fruit exported by TECBACO represents 75% of Dole’s supply to the United States. The Group has several international certifications such as Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade.

Being technically listed, there are no (new) shares available to investors in the market until further notice.
