On August 1, 2023, the DCSX approved the technical listing of up to 1,000,000 participating, redeemable, non-voting shares in the company LATAM Emerging Market Investment Fund SPC Ltd.  (DCSX ticker symbol: LATAM).

LATAM Emerging Market Investment Fund SPC Ltd. (“The Fund’) has been incorporated mainly to provide professional Latin American investors with access to a fund seeking capital appreciation through investing in a wide range of investment instruments utilizing a variety of investment techniques and tapping financial markets around the world with emphasis on Latin America. During the offering period, the Fund will issue the shares at $1,000.00 each to professional investors only. The minimum investment will be $100,000.00.

The Fund will seek capital appreciation through investing in all kinds of assets with growth potential in the short term and may invest in a wide range of investment instruments such as stocks, corporate and sovereign bonds, investment funds, commodities, ETFs, currencies, futures, derivatives, digitalized a/o virtual assets, etc. utilizing a variety of investment techniques, and financial markets around the world.
