DCSX has approved the technical listing of two shares of Latmetal N.V. (DCSX Symbol: LMNV). The mandated Listing advisor is Amergeris Global Listing And Exchange Services N.V.

Latmetal N.V. is a Limited Liability Company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao on the 21st of January, 2015 and registered with the Commercial register in Curaçao under registration number 136825 and is the listing entity of the operating companies which are located in Peru respectively. The principal business of the Group, are carried out by the operating companies, which have been in business since 2003 and 1993 respectively.

The Group consists of Latmetal N.V. as a holding Company for 2 holding companies located in Panama named Runbell International Inc. and Berkhall Investments Corp., in turn, these companies are each 100% shareholder of 2 Panamanian companies named Airmax Cargo S.A., and Okinawa Investments Co. Inc. respectively.
Airmax Cargo S.A. holds an operating branch in Peru, also known as Airmax Cargo S.A. Sucursal del Peru “Airmax” and Okinawa Investments Co. Inc., which holds 99% shares in an operating Peruvian Company named Shohin S.A. “Shohin”.

Airmax is a cargo airline that operates between the U.S.A. and Peru specializing in air cargo transportation services, and Shohin is an air cargo storage terminal in Peru.

The proposed structure implemented by the Group, and the purpose of listing the shares on the DCSX is to enhance the corporate image of the Company. By having the Company listed, this entails compliance with the rules and regulations of the DCSX, hence contributing to transparency and good corporate governance by the Company.
