DCSX has approved on October 12, 2021,  the technical listing of 100 management shares of Prime Value Investment Fund B.V. (DCSX Symbol: PVIF-CW). The mandated Listing advisor is PYGG Corporate Finance B.V.

Prime Value Investment Fund B.V.  (“The Fund”) is a closed-ended investment fund, incorporated as a private limited liability company (“Besloten Venootschap”) under the laws of Curaçao. The Fund was incorporated on August 28, 2013 (“the Commencement Date”). The investment objective of each Share Class of the Fund is to obtain a high rate of return through active management of the portfolio of each Asset Class. The geographical location of investments will not be limited, and the Fund’s scope will be global when projects and assets with high potential value are identified. The Fund will invest only via holding companies which in turn will own the assets. The objective of each Asset Class of the Fund will be to compose a diversified portfolio of Assets defined by strong cash flows, transparent ownership structure, and manageable risks.
