DCSX has approved on June 1st, 2021,  the technical listing of 50,000 ordinary shares of Roux Investment Fund Inc (DCSX Symbol: RXIF).  The mandated Listing advisor is Untitled LAD Services LLC.

Roux Investment Fund is a Business Company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands on December 29, 2020. The main investment objective of the Fund is to provide Latam-based clients with asset growth and protection investment solution. The Investment Manager has ample experience in the LatAm corporate debt markets and sees opportunities by acquiring specific securities in this area that it considers as being substantially undervalued. By at the same time focusing on certain types of debt issuers, the Investment Manager expects to be able to make substantial yields by holding such debt securities till maturity.
