DCSX has approved on November 21, 2019, the listing of 20,000,000 trade-able shares of Jinxiang International Holding Co., Ltd. (DCSX Symbol: JXCN) @ USD 0.61with an initial market capitalization of USD 12.2Million. Nanjing Li Chen Long Consulting is the mandated Listing Advisor.

“Jinxiang International Holding Co., Ltd.” is a company registered in the British Virgin Islands which is seeking to be listed this time. The Company is 100 % owner of a subsidiary, named “Ruian Jinxiang Non-woven Fabric Co., Ltd”.  (“Ruian Jinxiang”), which is the actual operating company in China with real business operations.

The operating company is located in Jiangnan Economic Development Zone of Ruian, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, which is an established nonwoven fabric manufacturer focusing on the development, manufacturing, and sales of nonwoven fabrics in the PRC and overseas. After the development of many years, the company has two automatic non-woven production lines, two computer high-speed printing machines, laminating machines, and four advanced automatic non-woven bag making machines, which mainly produces spun-bond non-woven fabrics and non-woven tote bags. The products are sold all over the country and exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other countries and regions. The annual production capacity of non-woven fabrics is 3,000 tons, and 100 million non-woven tote bags.
