The company is engaged in the areas of agriculture research and production, with the purpose of producing supplements to improve the health of its consumers. The Company’s Board of Directors holds a total of 52.3% of the shares. To provide potential investors with some extent of comfort towards the long-term expectation of the shareholders of the Company, all directors of the Company have agreed not to trade any of their stocks or securities in any form within 12 months from the date of listing on the DCSX and/or being able to trade.

The Company has not and is not raising funds via the Exchange. However, the Company does not exclude the possibility of raising funds through the issuance and public offering of new securities in the future.
