On August 10^th, 2023, the DCSX approved the technical listing of 15,000 ordinary shares Class A of the company Pampa Sunbelt US Real Estate Fund Ltd. (DCSX Symbol: PAMP). 

Pampa Sunbelt US Real Estate Fund Ltd. (“The Fund’) has been incorporated mainly to provide Latam investors with asset growth and protection investment solution. The fund will issue shares at $2,000 per share during the offering period and the minimum investment will be $100,000. The fund is offered only to Eligible Investors (Not US Persons). The fund has been incorporated in the BVI as an Approved fund.

This Fund has been established to invest in a Real Estate Strategy in the United States of America. The strategy is carried out through investment in vehicles dedicated to acquiring, investing, developing, rebuilding or construction of real estate projects for rent or for sale in the United States of America.
